Service Delivery Policy

GrandFit Car Care provides vehicle services, not physical products, so nothing is shipped to you after an online payment. 

• Services are carried out at our workshop in Sector M37, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, on the date agreed with you.

• The expected completion time is given on your estimate or job card. If parts must be ordered or additional work is needed, we will inform you of the revised time before continuing.

• You will be notified by phone, WhatsApp or email when your vehicle is ready for collection.

• After each payment you will receive a receipt by email. A tax invoice is issued on completion of the work.

• Online payments made through the Website are for services already quoted or completed by GrandFit and are linked to your invoice.
