This includes your name, phone number, email, vehicle details (registration, make, model, mileage), service history and payment references. Our Website may also use cookies to understand how visitors use the site. 

We use your information to prepare estimates, carry out and record work on your vehicle, issue invoices and receipts, contact you about your vehicle, and, where you have agreed, send service reminders or offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. 

All credit and debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Card payments are entered directly on our payment provider's secure page and are protected with encryption and 3-D Secure authentication. 

We share information only where needed to deliver your service, for example with parts suppliers, insurers (for insurance repairs), our payment provider, or where required by UAE law or a government authority. 

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for your service and to meet legal and accounting obligations under UAE law.
